Two-step verification and fresh sign-in

  • Two-step verification (MFA): after your password, you also type a six-digit code from your authenticator app.
  • Fresh sign-in: some actions also need you to have signed in recently. For approving, reversing, refunding, paying out, configuring and exporting, the window is 15 minutes. For finance decisions in the staff portal, the window is 5 minutes. If the system asks you to sign in again, do so and repeat the action.

If your account has no two-step verification, the buttons for these actions will be disabled or refuse you.
