17. Contacting DFFMS

Steps.

  1. Open https://dffms.org/contact, or select Contact in the menu.
  2. The page shows the office address and the support email if you prefer a letter or a call.
  3. To write to us, fill in Submit an Official Inquiry: Full Name, Official Email, Organization (optional), Subject and Detailed Message.
  4. Select Send Secure Message.

What happens next. If email is set up, you get a confirmation email. Your message goes to the DFFMS support team. Include your reference or membership number in the message.
